Weapon Schematic is in the last classroom before the school playground in chapter 6. Ignited enemies continually take damage until they are dead. The flamethrower is a handy weapon on Normal and Casual difficulties, but lacks power when enemies charge you. Otherwise, the slow and methodical Javelin Gun is probably more your weapon.
Accuracy is an issue with the weapon as well - if need to kill several enemies at once and in a hurry, use the Line Gun. With the shock-spears, you can also set up an ambush for enemies if you know where they appear, but you will be limited to using that one spear. The Javelin Gun does damage twice with one shot (first impales, then shocks) giving the weapon mroe damage potential. Both are good buys, but both also require different mindsets in battle. The first store will offer this weapon for sale along with the Line Gun. Ammo Schematic at the Unitology plaza, end of chapter 3. Impale the Slasher to the ground and shock the parasites who congregate down the main aisle. You can also try doing this in the middle of Chapter 4, at the funeral parlor. Spear the head of the Crawler, and gather three enemies around. Try the crawling necromorphs in the TST Elementary School. Finding a group of enemies to do this isn't hard. and before you say PC FANBOY! let me remind you there are some awesome pc games that are pc exculsive and pc versions of certain games are better than their console counterparts like ds2, portal 2 because you have more people to play co op and you have text chat if you dont have skype or something.Īpparently, the console versions of this game is basically saying "♥♥♥♥ you" to the PC crowd, obviously.Impale an enemy with the Javelin Gun and use the alternate fire mode to kill three other enemies (SP only).
plus console games almost never get mods and some console versions(cough fallout 4 ps4 cough) dont get the mods other consoles get. and pcs get mods that dont get limited and can be just about anything from any franchise in a completly diffrent game like skyrim. heck there are gaming laptops so if you cant afford a regular gaming pc a gaming laptop might be cheaper. plus who wants to buy a game they already own unless its a remaster or their copy is broken? console exlusive dlc is stupid and should not happen especially when you can get a good computer for gaming for a reasonable price. DARN YOU CONSOLES! why do consoles get exclusive dlc it just means if you are a pc gamer you need to buy a game you own a second time and personally keyboard and mouse is the best way to play a dead space game.
